Denali Seasonal Tallow Shaving Soap

What does it smell of? Denali is inspired by what is reportedly the coldest mountain on the planet, namely its North American namesake. It's a minty affair opening with notes of peppermint before being quickly followed by a combination of stimulating mentha piperita derived menthol crystals, and the clean, fresh scent of blue gum eucalyptus and white camphor.

We mean it when we say that it's a shave that's fantastically, creepingly and sensory shudderingly cold.

It really sharpens the senses and invigorates wonderfully and is most definitely a shave you'll want if you feel the need for a pick-me-up. It's also great hangover cure (!) and lends itself to the hotter months.

In terms of scent strength we place Denali towards the lighter side of middle.

Notice: Denali is a mentholated soap and as such will have a significant cooling effect on the skin. By agreeing to buy this soap you are accepting full responsibility and indemnify Phoenix and Beau from any unwanted effects, e.g. acute sensitisation that it might cause or complaint thereof.

Lather note & soap care: By introducing menthol crystals to our base soap formula we note that the lathers plasticity increases and as such you might wish to use a touch more water. Also, we have found that warm to hot water works best for lather building. 

If you're feeling particularly brave why not enjoy a shave where the only warm water you use is to build your lather. Cold water passes and a post shave splash will accentuate the freeze many fold!

To prolong the life of your Denali, post shave, please be sure to rinse your soap with cold water, invert (without the lid on) and allow to dry overnight).

Ingredients: Stearic acid, beef tallow, castor oil, vegetable glycerin, unrefined shea butter, lanolin, distilled water, organic coconut milk, tussah silk, allantoin, vitamin-e, safflower oil, essential oils, menthol crystals and potassium hydroxide.
